Tri-City Raceway
TCR is the fastest 1/2 mile track west of the Mississippi! Why is it faster than other ovals? Because the track configuration is a true tri-oval. That means that the track has three corners and three straights. Each straight and each corner is different. This makes it much harder for teams to find the "perfect" car setup (configuration). The track configuration does allow teams to find setups that allow the cars to carry more speed overall through the highly banked asphalt corners.
